We finished the video, now what?
After production and post-production comes the last step, distribution of your final product. Depending on the targeted audience, there are several distribution options. Today we can offer on-line delivery or “hard copies” in the form of USB drives. One of the services we use is www.wetransfer.com for person to person distribution of audiovisual materials. This free on-line method is ideal for approvals on final productions to review materials under production, or to share private downloads.
The world is yours!
YouTube™ is an great alternative for mass distribution. YouTube™ reaches every corner of the world. If your video needs to playback overseas or just 3 blocks away from your office, YouTube™ is the ideal distribution for on-line delivery. YouTube™ can also playback on cell phones and tablets if they have access to the internet. We can create a YouTube™ Channel if you have more than one video and upload them for a fee, but to playback the videos YouTube™ does not charge. You may have a channel already and all we have to do is the production. This makes YouTube™ the most cost effective method of audiovisual advertising or programming distribution. Works 24/7/365 days non stop, on demand. Your audience will be able to find your video materials, if they are properly optimized.
USB Drives a great solution.
USB Drives are everywhere and can be playback virtually in any desktop or lap top computer. A popular solution that can be distributed personally hand to hand can be a gift or for sale if it’s a pay-per-content program. USB Drives made DVD’s obsolete and technology still pushing the envelope. Our videos are encoded on MP4 and in High Definition 1080P delivering crisp images and great sound. USB Drives have also the ability to be re-recorded, recycled, add more materials like white papers, documentation, power point presentations and any other data. All the flexibility of today’s technologies can fit on a thumb drive. USB Drives are economical. We can imprint your logo or message on the shell when you order more than 100 units. We can also create USB’s in custom shapes if you have a specific campaign. Most USB for distribution can be imprinted with your logo and message. Please review the page “MARKETING TOOLS” (SubPage) “SPECIAL SOLUTIONS” in this website for more information about USB Drives.
Here’s a sample we produced for Hydrex, this company needed a fine USB Drive in a similar shape to a Zippo lighter, metal case, solid and expensive looking. The drive needed to be imprinted on both sides with their logo (3 colors) and the other side (1 color) with their underwater technology service mark. Hydrex used these fancy drives as gifts for a specific maritime trade show. Inside was data information about their underwater process to clean vessel hulls without the use of dry docks. It’s presented with a collection of newsletters. It was a successful project and we received a request for a re-order.
